Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the service (no alerts received or service usage history).
Refunds are not available after service use has begun. When you cancel your subscription, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not auto-renew.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your dashboard settings or by contacting support@insidercluster.info. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
